OVERVIEW
Have you ever eagerly headed to your favorite barbershop, only to find it unexpectedly closed or with a large queu? This frustating experience inspired my latest case study.
So I started to think what if there’s an app that will help users to find another decent barbershop that will give its users some information about barbershops around them?
Thats when i thought Premium barbershop would come in handy to help you navigate similar situations. Premium Barbershop is a cutting-edge mobile application designed to provide a premium barbershop experience. It's a comprehensive platform that connects users with local barbershops, providing real-time information, booking capabilities, and personalized recommendations.
Goals: Our goal is to create a seamless, premium barbershop experience by helping users find the perfect barbershop while enhancing their overall visit.
This solution will:
✅ Provide detailed information on barbershops and barbers
✅ Offer digital tools to help barbershop owners manage their business efficiently
✅ Eliminates unnecessary wait times
✅ Provides seamless appointment scheduling
✅ Enhances customer engagement through an intuitive digital platform

A gamified cake store app concept
OVERVIEW
Tchiba cake store is a renowed cake store in Maputo, Mozambique. Customers of the cake store often find the experience of standing in lengthy queues or selecting their items within the store to be unsatisfying. The proprietor of the establishment shares this sentiment and acknowledges that it can be a source of frustration for customers. However, she is also cautious about the potential inaccuracies that may arise from taking orders over the phone. Additionally, as cakes are only prepared once an order is placed, it is imperative that full payment is made at the time of the order's placement.
